A little something just for you


Here is my card for Crafter's Companion this week.
Oooh I got to play with the new Downton Abbey Dies!!!
I had some flowers left over from my last project so I thought I 
would go with blue again ............. !! hehe no pink!!! 

Well the sun is shining here and it's a beautiful day, Happy crafting!

Together .......



It's Wednesday and I have been playing down in the marshes again with these 
cute frogs from the Winking Frog collection from Heartfelt Creations!!

The more I use this collection the more I love it!! 
The camera didn't pick up all the glitter so I tried to get one that did........

To make the card I used the following:

HCPC-3725 Water Lily Cling Stamp set
HCD1-790 Water Lily Die
HCD2-751 Cut Mat Create 2A die

71053 ColorBox Chalk Berrylicious
ANC850 Spring Bling Prills (Lemon Chiffon)
TSMP800 Memento Rich Cocoa Ink


Other Products Used : White card, Peeled Paint, glue, glitter glue, 3D foam pads.

Cut a 6" x 6" tent fold card. Cut two card fronts from the paper pad and adhere one to the 
inner and one to the outer of the card. Using the Cut Mat Create die cut a piece of white
card and adhere to the inner of the card. Die cut an image from another card front and adhere
to the front of the card with 3D foam pads. Glitter the frogs and mushrooms. Cut a sentiment 
from the paper pad, ink and glitter the edges. Stamp, cut, colour and shape the flowers and leaves. 
Adhere prills to the flower centres and glitter the petals and leaves. Adhere the flowers, leaves 
and sentiment to the card and your project is complete.

Happy Easter!


Happy Easter! 

Here is a card I made for my Aunt for Easter, 
I thought it looked a bit like an Easter egg all decorated! lol 

You know I love those little birdies and blossom flowers from
the Birds and Blooms collection at Heartfelt Creations!

Hope you all have a fabulous day! 
We are having a big family lunch and an Easter Egg Hunt! Yay!
Lol we hide the eggs so well it's getting harder each year to find a new place!!
So cruel I know!!! lol!

So Glad you are my friend


It's time to share my card this week for Heartfelt Creations!
Oh it was just what I needed to play down by the pond in the marshes! lol!
Yeah ......... I know it's not real honest!!! lol!!

This was another of those cards that just happened! 
I had the flowers made and went though the paper pack
just laying them on the papers and voila this happened!!! 

There is loads of glitter on this card sadly the camera didn't pick it up :(

Well the sun has been shining and Spring sure feels as though it is here!
Shame my daffs have been out for weeks and are likely to be finished by Easter......
You know I love my daffs!!!

Make a tent card 4" x 5 1/4" cut and adhere a card front from the paper pad to the front of 
the card. Stamp the sentiment on the card front. Cut a journalling piece from the paper pad
and ink the edges and adhere to the inner of the card glittering all the swirls and flowers.
Stamp, cut, colour and shape the flowers and lily pads. Adhere prills to the flower centres.
Die cut the frogs from the paper pad, glitter and shape. Glitter the card front, the flowers 
and lily pads. Adhere the frogs, flowers and lily pads to the card and your project is complete.

Die cut the Heirloom die with white card. Cut a piece of card 5 14/16" x 4 1/2"
 and fold over 3/16". Adhere to folded piece to the die cut to make a card base. 
Die cut the oval and ink inside with  the Broken China ink, glitter the edges. 
Adhere to the card with 3D foam pads. Die cut the frogs and adhere with 3D foam pads. 
Cut a sentiment from the paper pad, ink and glitter the edges.
Stamp, cut, colour and shape the flowers and leaves. 
Adhere prills to the flower centres and glitter the petals and leaves. 
Adhere the flowers, leaves and sentiment to the card and your project is complete.

Friendship card


Something a little different from me today for my card for Crafter's Companion!
I got out my Spectrum AquaTints and Clear Sparkle pen and had a play!
Wow look at that sparkle!!


I used the sparkle pen and the same colour paint as flower for the layered paper too
Lol you know I like it all to match!! lol and yes it's pink!!! 
Well there is a few drops of blue too........ lol!!!

I had lots of fun making this! I thought they would look great as a set of note-lets as a gift!

To make the card I used the following:
AquaTint Pretty Pastels 25(Stem) 5(blue drops)

It's been a busy week for me looking after Caitlyn but it was so much fun
to sit down and make some water lilies! I imagine these frogs living in a 
pool down in Sugar Hollow with the Owls! Oh what a magical place it is !!

glue, glitter glue, 3D foam pads, gems, Spellbinders Heirloom Oval and large ovals dies.

Using a folded piece of white card Die cut the outer Heirloom die to create a easel card
base folding to top in half. Die cut a single piece and adhere to the folded card front.
Die cut two of the decorative dies and adhere one tot he base of the card and the other to the
front of the card. Ink and glitter the edges. Using paper from the paper pad die cut the 
large oval, stamp your sentiment and die cut in a smaller oval. Ink the inner of the smaller
oval and the edges of the larger oval. Adhere to the card with 3D foam pads. Die cut the 
frog from the paper pad and adhere to the card with 3D foam pads. Glitter the frog and 
umbrella and the edges of the ovals. Stamp, cut, colour and shape the flowers and lily pads.
Adhere prills to the centres of the flowers. Adhere the flowers and lily pads to the card 
and your project is complete.

Using a folded piece of white card Die cut the outer Heirlom die to create a card.
Die cut a single piece also and adhere to the card front. Using paper from the paper
pad die cut the decorative piece and adhere to the front of the card. Stamp the 
sentiment and die cut, ink the inner of the die with Victorian Velvet ink. Stamp,
cut, colour and shape the flowers. Die cut the stamens and adhere prills to the ends.
Adhere the stamens to the centre of the flowers. Stamp,cut and colour the swirls
and adhere to the card. Adhere the flowers and leaves to the card and your project
is complete.

Mother's Day




Here is my card this week for Crafter's Companion
I thought I would make some Mother's Day Inspiration, 
Here in the UK Mother's Day is on Sunday!! 

I embossed the card inside the easel and along the front but the light didn't pick it up 
so here is a close up of it! 


To make my card I was inspired by a card from Melanie at 
Crafter's Companion and this was my result.
